Payment Plans

• A 10% deposit is required to secure the item. Full payment must be made within 6 weeks.

• Items purchased through the payment plan will not be released until full payment is received.

• Payments made towards the plan are non-refundable.

• Failure to complete the payment plan on time may result in cancellation of the order.

• Resell by Mikayla reserves the right to modify or terminate the payment plan at any time.

• 10% fee of the listing price

• $80 authentication fee per item

• Shipping fee at sellers expense

Policy​

​

• No refunds or exchanges on any items unless proven faulty, incorrect or counterfeit. Images will be sent for approval before the item is shipped.

• ​All items are verified authentic and checked for quality before shipping. If you have reason to believe your item is counterfeit, credible evidence will need to be provided and a full refund will be issued after investigation by our experts.​

• Items listed for sale must remain available on our platform for a minimum of two months or a $350 fee is payable to take down the listing for collection,

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.​

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.​​

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.​

• All domestic (AU) and international shipments are usually delivered within 5-7 business days. Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs. ​​​​

• Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.​​​

• We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.​

• Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.​​

Welcome to Resell by Mikayla. By accessing our website, engaging in consignment, or purchasing items from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

Resell by Mikayla (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a luxury consignment platform that allows clients to buy and sell authenticated designer items. These Terms apply to all site visitors, users, clients, and others who engage with our platform.

2. Authenticity

We guarantee the authenticity of all items sold through our platform. Every product is inspected and verified through trusted authentication methods before being listed. We do not sell or accept counterfeit goods under any circumstance.

Clients found to have submitted inauthentic items will be permanently banned and may be subject to legal action.

3. Consignment Terms

a. Item Acceptance

We accept high-end designer items that meet our brand and condition standards. Items must be in excellent, very good, or like-new condition. Acceptance is at our sole discretion.

b. Ownership Confirmation

By consigning with us, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the item(s) and have the legal right to sell them.

c. Pricing & Commission

We will determine market-appropriate pricing in consultation with you. A 10% fee will be deducted from the final sale price — this percentage will be communicated prior to listing.

Commission rates may vary based on item category and value.

d. Payouts

Payouts are processed within 5 business days of the sale being finalised. Payments are made via bank transfer. 

e. Returns on Consigned Items

If an item is returned by a buyer (if permitted under our return policy), the consigned item may be relisted. Payouts are only processed after the return window has closed.

4. Selling Restrictions

We do not accept the following:

Counterfeit or replica items

Severely damaged or altered items

Items without verifiable provenance when required

We reserve the right to reject or remove any item at our discretion.

5. Purchasing from Us

a. All Sales Final

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is proven to be inauthentic.

b. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally using tracked, insured methods. Resell by Mikayla is not responsible for delays or losses once a parcel has been handed to the courier.

Shipping fees, customs, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

6. Privacy Policy

All personal data collected is used solely to provide our services and communicate with you. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Resell by Mikayla and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from use of our platform, buying or selling through our service, or from issues outside of our control.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
